At ILLUMINATE we know the power of film to inspire change and spark personal transformation. Our mission is to amplify and uplift conscious filmmaking and create programming that inspires lasting transformation and provides tools for actionable change.

ILLUMINATE Film Festival ticket sales account for less than 30 percent of our annual operating costs. Your support through a membership allows us to continue exhibiting life-affirming transformational films and programs that elevate humanity. As a thank you for your support, you will receive benefits designed to support your personal journey throughout the year.

Your support is vital to the future of our organization and conscious film.

1. What's new at ILLUMINATE?

We look ahead to 2024 with offerings and ways to engage:

• A hybrid festival featuring the best of conscious cinema through films, speakers, and enrichment and educational experiences.
• Our Year Round Screenings on the Eventive platform offer immersive cinematic experiences combining film, discussion and Reel Integration enrichment. Our library of 165+ curated On-Demand (pay per view) titles includes content to effectively incorporate conscious cinema in your life.
• Newly structured membership packages.

2. What ONLINE benefits do members receive?

All members will receive virtual access to film premieres, screenings, On-Demand movies, filmmaker Q&As, Conscious Film Convergence panels, panel conversations and Reel Integrations YEAR-ROUND in our Virtual Screening Room.

These benefits are included in all existing membership levels:

• 10 year-round virtual tickets*
• Redeemable for ILLUMINATE's virtual film screenings and premieres, which typically include live-streamed filmmaker Q&As/panels and associated Reel Integrations (available for a time-limited period)
• Redeemable for virtual On-Demand film tickets, available year-round from anywhere globally
• Unlimited replays for above filmmaker Q&As, Conscious Film Convergence panels, panel conversations and Reel Integrations
• Access to member bonus content

*Note: These tickets are not redeemable for annual Festival screenings and events

3. What are the membership levels, and what is the cost of membership?

Basic membership is $99/year, Supporting membership is $250/yr. Benefits for each level are listed at http://illuminatefilmfestival.com/membership.

4. Is my membership tax deductible?

Basic and Supporting memberships are not tax deductible as benefits (goods and services) exceed the membership price.

5. How long is the membership?

Your membership lasts for one calendar year from the date you join.

6. How do I join? Renew? Upgrade?

JOIN

• Sign up for Basic and Supporting memberships at https://illuminate.eventive.org/passes/buy. You must create an account or log in to our new Virtual Screening Room platform.

RENEW

• Basic and Supporting memberships will auto-renew. You will receive an annual notice. You can also manually renew by logging into your Eventive account at https://illuminate.eventive.org, clicking on the MENU button, selecting "My Memberships", then "renewal settings" and then "renew now".

7. How do I log in to Eventive?

The Log In button is in the upper-right corner of this page:  https://illuminate.eventive.org

8. How do I redeem my member tickets?

As a member, you get free access to select screenings. Remember you need to reserve your free ticket for each screening at https://illuminate.eventive.org. You MUST LOG IN to your account to reserve a free ticket for the screening:

For New Accounts

1. Click the button to ACTIVATE ACCOUNT
2. Create a password and complete setup of your new account
3. On the welcome page, click GET TICKETS button in the menu bar
4. Click on "Pre-Order now for free"
5. In the pop-up box, click the blue button to "Pre-order now ($0)"
6. Return to the screening page when the film becomes available (you'll receive a reminder email and link)

For Existing Accounts

1. Click the link above to sign in to your existing account
2. Click on the "My Tickets" link
3. Click on the BROWSE THE SCHEDULE button
4. Select the desired screening
5. Click on "Pre-Order now for free"
6. In the pop-up box, click the blue button to "Pre-order now ($0)"
7. Return to the screening page when the film becomes available (you'll receive a reminder email and link)

FREE Films, Q&As and Reel Integrations do not use one of your 10 virtual tickets.

Films in any of the the ON-DEMAND sections can be accessed for free with your 10 complimentary member tickets. Once you've redeemed 10 tickets using your membership "pass," you will be charged regular admission for additional films.

You may check the number of tickets you have used (e.g. 7/10) at any time in the "My Memberships" menu in Eventive (after you LOG IN).

9. How do I watch a virtual screening?

Visit our Virtual Screening Room at https://watch.eventive.org/illuminate to watch the films (and the panels, discussions and Reel Integrations), which can be accessed on your computer, tablet, phone, TV through an HDMI cable, or smart TV. Check Eventive's Help Center to ensure your device meets the system requirements or to test your device for compatibility. You can also watch select films (year round programs only) on AppleTV or Roku via the Eventive app.

Remember, even though as a member, you get free tickets to select screenings, you need to reserve your free ticket for each screening.

10. What's included in my 10 free tickets, and what's free unlimited viewing?

Select from any films in the ON-DEMAND sections to use your free tickets (these will typically be Year-Round Screenings or Films-On-Demand titles). Free films, Q&As, panels and Reel Integrations are available to members all year for unlimited viewing and do not count toward your annual 10 tickets.

11. What are the different film choices included with my Membership vs. the Festival Virtual Pass?

12. How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual renewal at any time.

• To deactivate membership renewals, log into your Eventive account at https://illuminate.eventive.org, click on the MENU button, select "My Memberships", then "renewal settings" and then "disable autorenew".
• To cancel premium membership renewals, please notify membership@illuminatefilmfestival.com
