If you did not pre-select your tickets, you may show your badge and pick up tickets at Will Call at either of our Box Offices during the hours below.

Picking Up Your Pre-Ordered Tickets

Your pre-ordered tickets will be available for pick-up at Will Call at either of our Box Offices:

The first opportunity to pick up your tickets is THURSDAY MAY 31 at 9:15 am at Mary D. Fisher Theatre.

Please do not go to the Mary D. Fisher Theatre for ILLUMINATE Film Festival tickets prior to this time.

Venue Box Offices open 45 minutes before the venue's first screening and close 30 minutes after the final screening starts.

General Ticketing Information

Seating for pass and ticket holders is guaranteed up to 15 minutes prior to the screening (seats will then be sold to individuals in the Rush Line)
Arrive 15 to 30 minutes ahead of time for priority admission and guaranteed seating
All passes and tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable
All programs and times are subject to change without notice
To attend all receptions, you must be over the age of 21

Rush Line Policy
If all advance tickets for a screening have been sold, a Rush Line will form beginning one hour prior to the scheduled start time. Ten minutes before the screening's start time the Rush Line will be admitted on a space-available basis. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee of tickets to guests in this line.
