The Content Marketing Manager (CMM) is responsible for supporting the IFF Marketing Campaigns by creating or curating the right content to the right audiences in the right format at the right time. The CMM will write marketing content (including emails, landing pages, promotional materials, etc.) and develop assets (such as articles, blogs, podcasts, videos, etc.) in support of the marketing campaigns.

  • Developing the content strategy and messaging
  • Research, write and/or editing copy for all marketing content including emails, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, advertisements, social media, website, articles, presentations, and collateral
  • Write key messaging and benefits aimed at different audiences
  • Create high-impact content that drives brand awareness, engagement, conversation and loyalty
  • Help develop the tone and voice for the IFF brand and be the lead to ensure consistency across brand copy
  • Maintain the editorial calendar
  • Work with the cross-functional teams to build and execute content plans
  • Ability to translate complex products and offerings into clear and concise messaging
  • Telling the festival's story and building the brand through compelling messaging
  • Long form and short form copywriting for digital and print channels
  • Flawless writing and editing skills
  • Maintain repository of content for campaigns
  • Assist in the management of tactics such as content syndication
