In this, the world's longest race, our hero must run at least 60 miles per day for 52 days. His route is a half-mile sidewalk loop in New York City. Our paperboy's quest takes viewers not only into the heart of this astonishing event but also around the world. We discover the ancient cultures that have held running sacred for millennia: tribes in the Kalahari Desert, in the mountain temples of Japan and in the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. We glimpse the lives of these amazing ultra-runners through an incredible film and foot journey that spans the globe. Join us where sports and spirituality intersect.
